Admissions
Choose the path that matches your child. Each application takes about five minutes on a phone, and you'll get a reference number as soon as it's submitted.
New students
For children who have not attended Zainabia Academy before. You'll enter student details, guardian and contact information, an emergency contact, and choose a level.

Returning students
For students who studied with us before. Search for your child's existing record and we'll prefill everything we already know — you only confirm what changed and choose this year's level.

Fees
Previous materials showed an annual fee of $60 CDN per student. The current amount is set by the academy in the admin area and will be confirmed with you directly — no payment is taken through this form.
Your family's privacy
Applications go only to academy administrators. Attendance, exam results and student records are never shown on the public website.
The current form uses sensible placeholder fields. Once the original Zainabia admission forms are supplied, fields can be adjusted in one place without rebuilding the flow.
